WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that, as discussions referred to in the cautionary
announcements published on 10 March 2006, 20 April 2006 and 2 June 2006
respectively have been terminated, caution is no longer required when dealing in
Jasco shares.
It has been Jasco"s stated intention to grow the group both organically and
through strategic acquisitions. As outlined in the group"s results announcement
on 20 April 2006, key financial and operational indicators are strong, with all
divisions on a solid growth trajectory. The group is well positioned to
capitalise on the strong organic growth opportunities in its particular markets.
The group has no gearing and remains committed to actively, but judiciously,
pursuing acquisitions that will lead to long-term growth in shareholder value.
