The Competition Tribunal, unconditionally, approved the Murray &Roberts (M&R)   
and Concor merger on the 14 June 2006.                                          
(M&R) intends acquiring the entire issued share capital of Concor from its      
shareholders - other than shares held by a wholly owned subsidiary of M&R,      
Mexican Wave Investments (effected through a scheme of arrangement or substitute
