INTEREST DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE GRT SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given that the interest distribution declaration amount
relating to GROWTHPOINT PROPERTIES LTD (GRT) with regards to the Share
Instalment Trust will be announced at a later date.
The last day to trade cum interest is Friday, 11 August 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex interest from Monday, 14 August 2006, the
record date will be Friday, 18 August 2006 and payment date will be Monday, 21
August 2006.
