shareholders are advised that, further to Eland Platinum"s audited consolidated
financial results for the financial period ended 31 December 2005, contained in
the prospectus dated 10 March 2006, the annual report was posted to shareholders
on 9 June 2006.
The annual report contains no modifications to the aforementioned published
audited results.
