Ltd, a 100% subsidiary of Micronized Holdings (Pty) Ltd, of which Mr Weissenberg
is a director and indirect beneficial shareholder. The shares were purchased
without the knowledge of Mr Weissenberg and hence clearance for this was trade
was not obtained in accordance with Rule 3.66 of the JSE Listing Requirements.
