RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
Jasco announces the resignation of Ms Emma Mashilwane as the group"s company
secretary, with effect from 22 June 2006.
Pending the appointment of a new company secretary, Martin Lotz, the chief
operating officer of the company, will in addition to his present duties adopt
the role of acting company secretary.
