FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement made on 25 January 2006 regarding
the disposal of the business of Corvus and the further cautionary announcements
made on 14 March 2006 and 4 May 2006. A disposal circular is currently being
prepared and will be posted to shareholders in due course but as the salient
dates have still not yet been announced, shareholders are advised to continue to
exercise caution when dealing in their Corvus shares on the JSE until a further
announcement is made.
