medical aid schemes currently covering in excess of 220 000 lives through the
administration of seven medical schemes (four of which are restricted schemes

strategy in all areas including ownership, management and employment equity.
This strategy will be maintained after the acquisition.
Stakeholders in Allcare, which include schemes under Allcare`s administration,

and debt markets largely unavailable to private companies.
