Resignation of Director
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mike Nunn has tendered his resignation from the
board of Afgem.
Mike has been a non-executive director of the Afgem board since 4 August 2005.
Mike is resigning to pursue new interests in the mining sector. Rodney Yaldwyn,
current Afgem CEO, and the rest of the board wish to express their thanks to
Mike for his contribution to the Company over the years and wish him the best in
his new endeavours.
The resignation is effective immediately.
