APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited the following
information is provided:
Imperial is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Roderick John Alwyn Sparks
as non-executive director to the board of Imperial Holdings Limited.
Mr Sparks was the managing director of Old Mutual South Africa and serves on the
board of governors of the Graduate School of Business.
The change will be effective from 3 July 2006.
After implementation of the change, the board will be constituted as follows:
