DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Pavburg
Properties (Pty) Ltd ("Pavburg") purchased the following Octodec linked units on
21 June 2006:
- 22 805 at a price per linked unit of 1 125 cents, with a total value of
R256 556.25;and
- 25 000 at a price per linked unit of 1 140 cents, with a total value of
R285 000.00.
Octodec"s directors, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick indirectly each hold one
third of the share capital in Pavburg. Clearance to deal was received in terms
of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
