DECLARED INTERIM DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON SABMILLER PLC ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("SABIDA")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of SABMiller plc have
declared a final dividend of 226.36200 cents per ordinary share based on an
exchange rate of US$1 = R7.30200, payable on Friday, 4 August 2006 to ordinary
shareholders recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on
Friday, 7 July 2006.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, SABIDA,
will receive a SABMiller plc final dividend of 226.36200 cents per security
payable on Friday, 4 August 2006 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in
the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited.
SABIDA Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 3 July 2006, and the record date will be
Friday, 7 July 2006.
