Properties (Pty) Ltd ("Pavburg") purchased 10 000 Octodec linked units on 22
June 2006 at a price of 1 120 cents per linked unit, with a total value of R112
000.00.
Octodec"s directors, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick indirectly each hold one
third of the share capital in Pavburg. Clearance to deal was received in terms
of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
