FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 15 May 2006, Pasdec shareholders
are advised that the company is still in negotiations regarding the introduction
of an appropriate Black Economic Empowerment ("BEE") partner in the business.
The negotiations, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the
price of the company"s securities.
Accordingly, Pasdec shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in the company"s securities until a full announcement is made.
