Linked unit holders are referred to the detailed cautionary announcement
that was released on SENS on 25 May 2006 and published in the press on 26
May 2006.
In view of the ongoing discussions and negotiations to acquire the
properties referred to above, linked unit holders are advised to continue
to exercise caution in their dealings in their linked units. A formal
announcement in this regard is expected by the end of July 2006.
