DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SAB SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SAB MILLIER PLC and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to SAB MILLER PLC (SAB)
the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of
226.362 cents per share instalment that is payable on Friday 04 August 2006. The
exchange rate applicable to this event is USD :R = 7.302.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 30 June 2006. The share instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 03 July 2006 and the record date
will be Friday, 07 July 2006.
