DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Pavburg
Properties (Pty) Ltd ("Pavburg") purchased the following Octodec linked units on
26 June 2006:
- 39 100 at a price per linked unit of 995 cents, with a total value of R389
045.00;and
- 2 160 at a price per linked unit of 1 000 cents, with a total value of R21
600.00.
Octodec"s directors, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick indirectly each hold one
third of the share capital in Pavburg. Clearance to deal was received in terms
of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
