FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE DISPOSAL BY BONATLA OF STAND 206
VANDERBIJLPARK (PTY) LIMITED ("THE DISPOSAL")
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 2 May 2006, in which the
terms and conditions of the disposal were detailed.
Under application to the JSE, the transaction has now been ruled as a category 3
disposal, and hence shareholder approval thereof is not required by the JSE.
The company is awaiting a written ruling from the Securities Regulation Panel
("SRP") regarding s228 of the Companies Act (Act 61 of 1973, as amended).
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that no circular has been posted, and that
the general meeting referred to in the announcement dated 2 May 2006, has not
been called.
Shareholders shall be advised of the outcome of the SRP application, and any
necessary action as a result thereof.
In the interim, the cautionary announcement and subsequent renewals thereof
remain in force.
