AUDITED RESULTS
Siyathenga"s audited results for the period 5 August 2005 to 30 June 2006 are
expected to be published on SENS and in the press on or about Friday, 25 August
2006.
DECLARATION OF DISTRIBUTION NUMBER 2
Notice is hereby given of the declaration of the final distribution of 27,00
cents per linked unit for the six months to 30 June 2006 ("the final
distribution"). Holders of Siyathenga linked units are referred to the
announcement dated 22 February 2006 in which the interim distribution of 20,00
cents per linked unit, for the period 5 August 2005 to 31 December 2005, was
declared.
The aggregate distribution for the financial period ending 30 June 2006 is
therefore 47,00 cents per linked unit. This aggregate distribution exceeds the
aggregate distribution of 46,34 cents per linked unit, anticipated in the
prospectus for the listing of Siyathenga on 5 August 2005.
The last day to trade in order to receive the final distribution is Friday, 29
September 2006 and the linked units will commence trading ex distribution on
Monday, 2 October 2006 with the record date being Friday, 6 October 2006.
Payment of the final distribution of 27,00 cents per linked unit will be
effected on Monday, 9 October 2006.
Linked unit certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between
Monday, 2 October 2006 and Friday, 6 October 2006.
The directors of Siyathenga are of the opinion that sufficient funds will be
available to meet the obligations in terms of this declaration. The final
distribution has not been audited.
