DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE NPN SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for NASPERS LIMITED and
that as a result of the proposed dividend declaration relating to NASPERS
LIMITED (NPN) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have proposed a
dividend amount of 120 cents per share instalment that is payable on Monday 11
September 2006. The proposed dividend is due to be confirmed at the annual
general meeting to be held on Friday, 25 August 2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 1 September 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 4 September 2006 and
the record date will be Friday, 8 September 2006.
