At the general meeting of Faritec shareholders held at 12h00 on Tuesday, 27 June
2006, shareholders unanimously approved all resolutions necessary to implement  
the acquisition by Faritec of the business of Enterprise Connection             
(Proprietary) Limited as a going concern.  Shareholders are advised that the    
acquisition has now been implemented.
