DECLARATION OF DISTRIBUTION NUMBER 40 FOR THE YEAR ENDING 30 JUNE 2006
RESULTS
Pangbourne"s audited results for the year ending 30 June 2006 are expected to be
published on SENS and in the press on or about Thursday, 31 August 2006.
DISTRIBUTIONS
The directors of Pangbourne ("the directors") have declared a final distribution
of 56,00 cents per Pangbourne combined unit ("combined unit"), for the period 1
January 2006 to 30 June 2006 ("the final distribution"). Holders of combined
units are referred to the announcement dated 27 February 2006 in which the
interim distribution of 47, 00 cents per unit for the six months ended 31
December 2005 was declared.
The aggregate distribution for the financial year ending 30 June 2006 is
therefore 103,00 cents per combined unit (2005: 96,00 cents per combined unit),
representing a 7,3% increase in comparison to the prior year.
DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND NUMBER 40 AND DEBENTURE INTEREST
Notice is hereby given of the declaration of the final distribution, comprising
dividend number 40 of 1,098 cents per share and interest on the debenture
portion per combined unit being 54,902 cents. The last day to trade in order to
receive the final distribution is Friday, 6 October 2006 and the combined units
will commence trading ex distribution on Monday, 9 October 2006 with the record
date being Friday, 13 October 2006. Payment of the final distribution will be
effected on Monday, 16 October 2006.
Combined unit certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between
Monday, 9 October 2006 and Friday, 13 October 2006. The directors are of the
opinion that sufficient funds will be available to meet the obligations in terms
of this declaration. The final distribution has not been audited.
