CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE NPK SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the capital reduction distribution amount payable for
NAMPAK LTD and that as a result of the capital reduction distribution
declaration relating to NAMPAK LTD (NPK) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a capital reduction distribution amount of 30 cents per
share instalment that is payable on Monday 31 July 2006.
The last day to trade cum capital reduction distribution is Friday, 21 July
2006. The share instalment will commence trading ex capital reduction
distribution from Monday, 24 July 2006 and the record date will be Friday, 28
July 2006.
