CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
Intertrading advises a change in composition of the main board, which is
considered too large and cumbersome for effective management of the company of
the size of Intertrading. The main board will be reconstituted to consist of
shareholder representatives, independents and senior executives, namely C.P.
Jousse, J. Azoulay, G.G. Burelli and H.L. Weirich representing the non-executive
directors and G.F.M. van Rooyen, B.R. Julicher and C.J. Hull representing the
executive directors.
As a result of the change in composition of the main board, Messrs R.D. Wells,
F.W. Pohl, A.J. de Kovel, C. van der Merwe, W.H. Marshall and R.F. Hurly have
resigned. The board thanks them for their contribution. Messrs Pohl and Hurly
will form part of the operational committee which is to be formed to manage day
to day operations of the company. The changes are effective 30 June 2006.
