Shareholders are referred to the "Abridged reviewed results for the year ended
31 December 2005" announcement made on 30 March 2006. There have been no changes
between the results published in that announcement and those contained in the
Annual Financial Statements posted to shareholders today.
The annual general meeting of the company will take place at 18h00 on Thursday,
31 August 2006 at Kenilworth Room, Kenilworth Racecourse (enter via gate 7 on
Rosmead Avenue), Kenilworth, Cape Town.
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 16 May 2006 and are advised
to continue to exercise caution when dealing in their Cape Empowerment Trust
shares until a further announcement is made.
