1 SHARE OPTION SCHEME
Mr P D Bacon was granted options over 75 000 ordinary shares at a strike
price of R82,90 in terms of the share option scheme. The options vest on 21
July 2006.
2 EQUITY GROWTH PLAN
Equity growth rights, vesting after a 3 year performance period, subject to
performance conditions, at a grant price of R82,74 granted to:

D C Coutts-Trotter 27 919 rights
Company secretary:

3 CONDITIONAL SHARE PLAN
Conditional share awards, vesting after a 3 year performance period,
subject to performance conditions and to the extent that these have been
satisfied, at a grant price of R82,74 granted to:

D C Coutts-Trotter 35 533 conditional awards
Company secretary:
S A Bailes 1 350 conditional awards
The rights and awards have been granted in terms of the rules of the
respective share plans as adopted and approved by shareholders at the
annual general meeting held on 29 November 2005.
Clearance has been received in terms of Rule 3.66 of the JSE"s Listings
Requirements in respect of all the above transactions. All interests in the
transactions are direct and beneficial.
