DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Pavburg
Properties (Pty) Ltd ("Pavburg") purchased 99 470 Octodec linked units at a
price per linked unit of 950 cents, with a total value of R944 965.00 on 29 June
2006.
Octodec"s directors, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick indirectly each hold one
third of the share capital in Pavburg. Clearance to deal was received in terms
of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
