With regard to the audited results for the year ended 31 March 2006,
shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements have been
distributed to shareholders today, 30 June 2006 and contain no modifications to
the audited results which were published on SENS on 31 May 2006.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the twenty-sixth annual general meeting of the
Company"s shareholders will be held at the Company"s registered office, 405
Voortrekker Road, Parow, Cape Town on 4 August 2006 at 15:00 to transact the
business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the
annual financial statements.
