2005, shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements have been
distributed to shareholders today, 30 June 2006 and contain no modifications to
the abridged audited group results which were published on SENS on 24 May 2006.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 40th annual general meeting of shareholders will
be held at Rainbow Regional Office, P2, Hammarsdale on 25 July 2006 at 09h00 to
transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming
part of the annual financial statements.
