Shareholders were advised in the profit and dividend announcement for the year
ended 30 June 2005 (published on SENS on 30 August 2005) and in the annual
report for the year then ended that Peter Bacon, chief executive, would be
retiring at the end of the financial year ending 30 June 2006.
In accordance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited"s Listings Requirements,
notification is made that the retirement of Peter Bacon as a director and chief
executive has now been implemented as from 30 June 2006.
David Coutts-Trotter (formerly chief executive designate) has been appointed
chief executive as from 1 July 2006.
