In terms of paragraph 3.63 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
notice is hereby given that M C Norris, an executive director of Tiger Brands
Ltd, has exercised 50 300 options, being options that were beneficially held by
him in terms of the Tiger Brands (1985) Share option Scheme, and has taken a
loan in terms of the Tiger Brands (1985) Share purchase Scheme to fund such
purchase, but has not disposed of any shares.
