CHANGES TO SALLIES"S BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited, the
following information is disclosed:
Shareholders are advised that Dr Vincent Msibi has joined the board of Sallies
Limited as a non-executive director and that Mr Jurgen Kogl has joined as an
alternative director with immediate effect. Both are directors of African
Renaissance Investments (Pty) Ltd, which is Sallies"s empowerment partner.
Dr Msibi succeeds Mr Jurie Geldenhuys who resigned from the board on 30 June
2006.
