Change to the board of directors
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited"s Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr Andy Hall has been appointed to the board of
directors of Enaleni as the chief financial officer with immediate effect. The
current chief financial officer, Mr Stan Whitfield has been appointed as the
commercial director of Enaleni and will focus on acquisitions and business
development.
Andy Hall has significant experience in both the financial and pharmaceutical
industries, enhancing Enalenis existing management expertise.
