Addition of Eland Platinum Holdings and Witwatersrand Consolidated Gold (South

Following the careful consideration of the FTSE/JSE Ground Rules and
recalculation of the liquidity of Eland Platinum Holdings (South Africa) and
Witwatersrand Consolidated Gold (South Africa), FTSE and the JSE announce the
following changes:

FTSE/JSE Africa Small Cap (J202)
Eland Platinum Holdings (South Africa, ZAE000078655, B126FV8) will be added to
the index with a shares in issue total of 66,381,433 and an investability
weighting of 75%.
Witwatersrand Consolidated Gold (South Africa, ZAE000079703, B13C2J2) will be
added to the index with a shares in issue total of 25,053,106 and an
investability weighting of 75%.
