WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Linked unitholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS
on 7 June 2006 and which announcement was also published in the press on 8 June
2006, wherein linked unitholders were advised that the Company was aware of
discussions with regard to a potential change in the composition of its
unitholders, which could have a material effect on the unit price of Ambit"s
securities.
The cautionary was released as the Company had reason to believe that a party
had entered into negotiations with material unitholders such that this party
would hold 35% or more of the linked units in Ambit, and an offer to minorities
was therefore expected. However this offer has not materialised.
Given the current circumstances, linked unitholders are advised that caution is
no longer required to be exercised in the dealing of their linked units in
Ambit.
