CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are referred to the announcements published on SENS on 17 May 2006
and 22 May 2006 notifying them that Metallon Ventures (Pty) Limited ("Metallon")
had disposed of its remaining interest in Basil Read and that Mr A. Reve and Ms
N. Maliza, the two Metallon representatives, had resigned from the board with
effect from 19 May 2006.
Following these resignations, the board hereby advises shareholders of the
appointment of the following non-executive directors with immediate effect:
