CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements in
respect of a change to the Board of Directors, Sycom unitholders are advised of
the following changes to the Board of Sycom Property Fund Managers Limited, the
management company of Sycom:
Mr NFJ Haasbroek has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer;
Mr L Norval has been appointed as Executive Director;
Mrs Y Omar has been appointed as Non-Executive Director;
Mr WC Ross has resigned as Non-Executive Director; and
Mr LA Meyerowitz has retired as Non-Executive Director.
In addition Mr GA Nelson, who was the Managing Director has become a Non-
Executive Director and Mr CJV Fleming who was an Executive Director has become a
Non-Executive Director.
Furthermore, the Company Secretary, which was Grapnel Property Group (Pty) Ltd,
was replaced by Parkdev (Pty) Ltd.
All of these amendments were effective from 5 July 2006.
