INTEREST DISTRIBUTION - SALIENT DATES ANNOUNCEMENT
Unitholders are advised that the following dates are the correct dates relating
to interest distribution No. 21 in respect of the quarter 1 April 2006 to
30 June 2006.

Last date to trade cum interest Friday, 18 August
Units will trade ex interest Monday, 21 August
Record date Friday, 25 August
Payment of interest distribution number 21 Monday, 28 August
There may be no dematerialisation or re-materialisation of the ApexHi units
between Monday, 21 August 2006 and Friday, 25 August 2006, both days inclusive.
Declaration of the amount to be distributed (which will be an amount equivalent
to all of the distributable profits for the period ended 30 June 2006) will be
made in the results announcement to be released on SENS on Thursday, 3 August
2006.
