CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Linked unitholders are referred to the withdrawal of the cautionary announcement
released on 5 July 2006, wherein the company advised that negotiations involving
material unitholders would not result in an offer being made to minorities.
The Company has now been advised that the negotiations, which were suspended
following the recent interest rate increase and the resultant negative impact on
the listed property sector as a whole, have been resumed in the changed market
conditions.
Linked unitholders are therefore advised that caution should be exercised in the
dealing of their linked units in Ambit.
A further announcement is expected by the end of July 2006.
