DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE RCH SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for RICHEMONT
SECURITIES AG and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
RICHEMONT SECURITIES AG (RCH) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a dividend amount of 6.00 Euro cents. A withholding tax of 0.175 Euro
cents will be deducted, amounting to a net dividend amount of 5.825 Euro cents
per share instalment that is payable on Friday, 29 September 2006. The exchange
rate applicable to this event will be Friday, 8 September 2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 15 September 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 18 September 2006 and
the record date will be Friday, 22 September 2006.
