Further Cautionary Announcement
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on 7 June
2006 ("the cautionary announcement") relating to discussions regarding a
potential transaction with private equity parties to acquire the entire issued
share capital of the Company. The cautionary announcement also referred to
discussions with private investors which may result in the Company reducing its
shareholding in its International Risk Services business. These discussions are
continuing and shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
trading in the Company"s securities until a further announcement is made.
