WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Linked unitholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on 12
July 2006, wherein the Company advised that negotiations involving material
unitholders had been resumed, which could result in an offer being made to
minority linked unitholders.
The Company has been advised by the material shareholders that these
negotiations have been terminated. Accordingly linked unitholders are not
required to exercise the caution in the dealing of their linked units in Ambit
that had previously been recommended.
