WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Linked unitholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 7 June 2006
in which they were advised that the Paramount Board was aware of discussions
that were taking place, which, if successfully concluded, could have a material
effect on the price of the Company"s securities.
The Paramount Board is now aware that these discussions have been terminated and
therefore, linked unitholders no longer need to exercise caution when dealing in
the Company"s securities.
