DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
The manager and trustees of the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme (being
Satrix Managers (Proprietary) Limited and ABSA Bank Limited respectively) have
resolved to make a distribution to holders of Satrix INDI securities recorded in
the register in respect of the quarter ended 30 June 2006. This distribution
will:
- be an amount of 3.74 cents (three point seven four cents) (R0.0374) per
Satrix INDI security;
- constituted by 3.74 cents in respect of dividends;
- be made to all holders of Satrix INDI securities recorded in the register
on 30 June 2006;
- be effected on 25 July 2006.
For the six months ended 30 June 2006, the Satrix INDI securities had a net
unaudited positive tracking error of 9,8 basis points (0,098%).
