DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
The manager and trustees of the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme (being
Satrix Managers (Proprietary) Limited and ABSA Bank Limited respectively) have
resolved not to make a distribution to holders of Satrix RESI securities
recorded in the register in respect of the quarter ended 30 June 2006, given
that no dividends were received during the quarter in respect of the underlying
securities.
