CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, in
respect of a change to the Board of Directors, shareholders are advised that the
chief executive officer ("CEO"), Chris Hall will be resigning from the Board of
directors and as an employee of Excellerate with effect from 31 December 2006 in
order to pursue personal interests. In the interim period, the Board will seek
to appoint a CEO designate and shareholders will be informed of this appointment
in due course. The Board has expressed its gratitude to Chris Hall for his
excellent contribution to the business and wish him well in his pursuits.
