CORRECTION TO DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of Itrix FTSE securities are referred to the distribution announcement
released on SENS on Thursday, 20 July 2006, in which the withholding tax figure
was incorrectly stated as GBP 0.01334. The correct figure is GBP 0.01335. For
your convenience, the correct paragraph headed "Withholding Tax" is included
below.
WITHHOLDING TAX
The GBP distribution amount (which represents the distributable income of the
portfolio) has been calculated after deduction of withholding tax (being tax
payable by Itrix to the British Government) on dividends at an effective rate of
10,4% (ten comma four percent). The GBP distribution amount of GBP 0.11511 per
Itrix FTSE security is calculated as follows:
Gross foreign dividends of GBP 0.12834(twelve comma eight three four pence)
Less withholding tax of GBP 0.01335 (one comma three three five pence)
Plus other income (foreign interest) of GBP 0.00012 (zero comma zero one two
pence or 12/1000th of a pence).
