APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD
Advocate BS (Vusi) Khuzwayo, has been appointed to the board of directors with
effect from 25 July 2006, as a non-executive director.
Vusi is an Advocate of the High Court. He is a specialist in Policy and
Legislation drafting and has extensive experience in Policy Formulation and
Internal Control, Human Resources and Labour Relations cases. Adv. Khuzwayo has
served on a number of Commissions on fraud investigations, and offers a wide
range of consulting services to government, parastatals and private sector.
