LISTING OF ADDITIONAL ITRIX EUROSTOXX 50 SECURITIES
Itrix Eurostoxx 50 has, pursuant to a cash subscription of EURO7,240,674, issued
2,000,000 additional Itrix Eurostoxx 50 securities at a price of approximately
R32.11 per security (based on a Rand/Euro exchange rate of 8.8694:1).
The Itrix Eurostoxx 50 securities have been listed with effect from commencement
of business today.
