DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE GRT SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for GROWTHPOINT
PROPERTIES LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration
relating to GROWTHPOINT PROPERTIES LIMITED (GRT) the Trustees of the Share
Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 0.04 cents per share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 21 August 2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 11 August 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 14 August 2006
and the record date will be Friday, 18 August 2006.
